I have a lot of things going on this week in addition to work. I have an appointment or meeting to go to almost every day when I leave work. On Thursday there is a baby shower for a co-worker and if I have time tomorrow night I’ll try to make a cheesecake dessert to take along.
I have some great new recipes to add to my web site and will try to get them posted as soon as possible. I’m not promising much this week but I’ll do what I can.

We were just reminded in church today that there is going to be a potluck dinner there next week. We are each supposed to bring a casserole but I asked if that was what we had to bring and if they needed desserts.
My husband said that of course I probably would bring a cheesecake! Now the only problem is deciding which one. I have to decide if I am going to take a baked cheesecake, a no-bake cheesecake or just a cheesecake dessert. Luckily I have several days to decide what to take and I know that whatever I decide on, it is sure to be a hit!
