Over the holidays, my friend’s son was home from college for several weeks. One day he and his girlfriend decided to try baking one of the recipes from my web site. The first one they made turned out so well that they made a second one the following week.
They started off with the mint chocolate chip cheesecake and dressed it up a bit by adding green food coloring to the batter. The second one they made was the coffee cheesecake which also earned them rave reviews. In fact, my friend took part of the coffee cheesecake in to work and she said it disappeared very rapidly and several people asked for the recipe!
